habits
I try to stick to a few habits every day. Some I already have no problem with following, some are a work in progress.
I track them in my daily notes which you can find through the calendar.
Description
- no_snooze: once the alarm clock goes off - don’t snooze
- wash_face: use face wash product after waking up
- mouth_wash: use mouth wash product after waking up
- no_phone_morning: don’t use phone in the bed
- brush_teeth_morning: brush teeth shortly after waking up
- coding: coding at least 20 mins
- mantra: listen to gravemind / stoic / stone in focus .mp3s or something similar
- vitamins: take the daily dose of vitamins
- creatine: take the daily dose of creatine
- protein: take the daily dose of protein (it can be either protein powder, or some protein-specific product)
- prayer: pray during the day
- no_processed_food: no fast food, chips, processed sweet products etc.
- duolingo: do a daily german lesson
- reading: read a book
- research: actively read / watch something technology related, in-detail, cognitively demanding
- workout: gym or other very active workout
- walk_ring: close the daily walk ring (~150 kcal, a few thousand steps)
- brush_teeth_evening: brush teeth shortly before going to bed
- daily_note_update: update the daily note on that specific day
- no_twitter: don’t use twitter more than 5 mins allowed
- no_youtube: don’t use youtube more than 1h
- no_nicotine: don’t use any nicotine products
- no_alcohol: don’t drink any alcohol
- no_food_2h_bs: don’t eat food less than 2 hours before sleep
